Here, the Playing State guides our one-to-one training — helping you notice blockages, release them, and let thoughts and movements flow more freely, leading to more ease and joy in living.

No matter what brings you here — we start from there.
Note: By exception, you can also bring a partner or a friend. Personal training for two is possible — sometimes even more fun.
I have been working in self-defense, dance, massage, athletic, and movement training since 2007.
My mission with you is simple: to help you move and think with ease — so your life feels lighter.

Please note: Per-Booking of the PT collaboration is paid as a donation to the Emeel-Academy.
Each PT has a fixed price depending on your target.
All donations go directly towards IBDAW dance projects: video productions, theater shows, costumes, and dance event preparations.
