We are filming a short dance film titled "No More Wars" with IBDAW dancers. The video will last between 1 to 2 minutes and feature a mix of dance styles to express a unified message against war.

Learn to protect yourself physically and mentally in everyday and extreme situations. In this DAIP (Defence Awareness Instinctive Practice) self-defense workshop, you will explore how to:

1- React instinctively to real-life threats.

2- Escape grips, holds, or surprise attacks in public.

3- Protect their phone, wallet, or personal belongings from theft.
