I discovered a state that can transform anything from a minus into a plus - a thought, a movement, a habit, a belief, a relationship, a reaction, a performance.
From this discovery, I built a method.
Today, this method lives through many different fields.
For example:
I applied it in the dance field — and it gave me IBDAW Dance system.
I applied it in the self-defense field — and it gave me DAIP Defense system.
I applied it in the massage and alternative medicine field — and it gave me German Massage Therapy system.
It has also been applied in other fields.
This state is called the Playing State.
It is not a theory.
It is something you can train, and apply - in any field of your life.
Most people try to change their life by talking to the mind. It rarely works under real pressure.
Life coaching says: “Think differently so you act differently.”
Self-development says: “I understand myself better.”
Transformation means: “I don’t react the same way anymore.”
My work is simple and radical: “Move differently so you think differently.”
The PSV is not about understanding more.
The PSV about becoming someone who naturally reacts differently under pressure.
The mind is essential — but it is not the leader.

So if it’s not the mind in charge — who is it?
👉 The Self, trained through the body.
Playing State works where talking fails.
Under real pressure, fear, conflict, or danger:
The mind follows the nervous system
The nervous system follows the body
The body follows habits
That’s why pure talking breaks under stress.
And that’s why my work creates real change in real life.
The mind doesn’t change by convincing.
It changes by witnessing a new physical reality.
It changes because:
The body survives pressure differently
The nervous system learns safety inside stress
Breath stays open under fear
Balance replaces panic
Reaction becomes fluid instead of blocked
And then the mind naturally says:
“I can handle this.”
“Fear is not absolute.”
“I don’t need to overthink.”
“I trust my movement.”
I work with:

I don’t train motivation.
I don’t sell information.
I rebuild reaction patterns through the body — where fear, pressure, doubt, and resistance actually live.

In 2007, after years of training in gymnastics, After years of training in gymnastics, martial arts,, athletics and dance, I became obsessed with a simple question: Why does movement sometimes flow effortlessly, while other times it feels blocked and heavy? The answer became the Playing State Method.
Playing State is the condition where movement, thought, and decision become direct, light, and alive.
No force.
No over-control.
No heaviness.
The quest led to the development of the Playing State philosophy, a method I discovered between 2007 and 2024, which allowed me to form these key elements that set Playing State apart:
1- Personalized Diagnosis of Blockages: Based on your unique body and movement patterns.
2- AKBI Strategy: Guidance for solving movement challenges and redirecting flow.
3. 12-Joint System: A framework for improved functionality and fluidity.
4- IBDAW System: A method that breaks every movement down into five essential elements to identify and correct misalignments.
5- RGB is a system: A method that breaks every thought down into 3 essential elements to identify and correct misalignments.
6- Practical Application Anytime, anywhere: For any movement challenge, saving time and energy.
This is not theory.

Playing State workshop helps dancers, athletes, and movers recognize what’s holding them back—what I call “Weight.” Whether you're in pain, stuck in a technique, or aiming to reach your highest performance, Playing State gives you the tools to reach direct flow—and with that, the ability to choose the state of play.

Note: In the beginning, you’ll often need external feedback to recognize indirect flow or misaligned elements. That’s where I come in: my role is to diagnose movement and redirect flow. Over time, as you embody the system, you’ll learn to recognize and redirect on your own.
